With so many buffets to choose from, how do you narrow it down to the best of the best?
BACCHANAL BUFFET AT CAESAR’S
Ranked the #1 Las Vegas buffet by USA Today
The glamorous and gluttonous buffet encouraged grand, Roman-style feasting, yet set in a chic interior by powerhouse designers Super Potato. Approximately 15 daily chef’s specials are added to the menu, and they change depending on products, season and the chef’s whims. Can’t choose between the Rosemary Marinated Tri-tip and dry rubbed smoked spare ribs? Try both! Mini salads such as the watermelon with sweet vinegar dressing let you try several individually presented items at a time. Fill your plates to the top with prime rib, chilled crab legs and oysters, or opt for freshly oak-grilled lamb chops, hand-made dim sum, pho and baked-to-order chocolate lava cakes.

THE RED ROCK
The Feast Buffet at Red Rock Resort features an impressive selection of dishes from around the world, including Italian, American and Asian, at a fraction of the price you’d typically pay at a Strip buffet. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, offerings include such delectable dishes during dinner hours as sushi, pizza and fried shrimp. There’s also a Friday Night Surf and Turf special, with all-you-can-eat prime rib, crab legs and shrimp for only $26.99.
Studios B Buffet at M Resort
The lines are still ferocious (shorter for lunch), which tells you a lot. And 2,000 Yelp reviewers rate it a solid four stars, which tells you even more. M Resort puts out a huge selection of more than 200 items and everything is restocked immediately; how they keep up with it is a constant wonderment. Best of all, the prices are low for such a high-end spread: $16.99 for lunch and $24.99 for dinner. Only the Friday night seafood dinner, at $39.99, is up there with the best gourmet superbuffets on the Strip. And they don’t serve unlimited beer and wine in the price!
